sex and the city.

ugh.

ive been hearing it on audio all week (thanks to stephanie).
Idiot culture; one episode entirely based around one girl's mortification at farting in bed, and the paranoia and drama that commenced thereafer.

i wonder what shenanigans MTV has been up to these days. Makes me sad that people are watching and learning.

oh yeah, mtv has the worst shows, ever.

there is one called "yo mama". it's hosted by wilmer valderrama from that 70's show and consists of people from different neighborhoods facing off in a battle of..yo mama jokes.

no, i'm not kidding. they even have lightning rounds and a segment of the show where each contestant goes to the each other's house to get "ammo" on them.

hahahahaha. it's a bad show, but at the same time for some reason we couldn't turn it off. and the one we were watching was long beach vs. riverside, so of course we had to watch to make sure riverside won (which they didn't). but anyway, at one point in the episode, the MAMA'S actually had to step in and tell some jokes to decide who would win! it was funny

i freakin' love mtv. it's like having a stupid friend who you agree to yourself not to take seriously and then enjoy their silly company.

lol, i think the only one that beats "yo mama" is "date my mom". like seriously, they run the same script every single episode. HEY MOM LOL DONT TELL HIM [secret] LOL OMG MOM YOU TOLD HIM [secret] IM GOING TO DIE!

anyway, there was a girl from keppel who was on YO MAMA. she was a grade ahead of me- tina?

p.s. my friend is going to be on next. GAY next! i am too, TOO excited.

I LOVE PARENTAL CONTROL OMGOSLDFJSDF. it is by far my MOST FAVORITE SHOW (ok, next to my super sweet 16). the parents always have to root for the daters, no matter how sketchy the dater is. the dater will be like, molesting the girl, and they'll be like WELL GOSH AT LEAST HES CREATIVE!

i remember that episode dude. that was the moment when colin and i had solid evidence of how fake that show is. she blurtedo out that she was KEEPING HER VIRGINITY till marraige, and somehow, he chose her. plz, mtv.

i love my afternoon mtv shows ^__^

mtv is so fake! do you remember gillian? that guy who was in your grade and in drama? he was on that show "come on in" or "want to come in?" or something like that. that show where two "cool" guys get two "nerds" to makeover and impress one lady so that she says something along the lines of "want to come in?" to one of them. anyway. gillian was on it. they made him one of the nerds. he's not a nerd in real life! so yeah, fake.

oh what! he was on that? i went to elementary school with him too, ho ho! he was actually a pretty decent, funny guy! maybe a little nerdy like, adam brody nerdy, but nowhere along the lines of azn honor society calc b/c nerdy.

agreed :/

i think it's kind of just based on how neurotic women are-- some episodes entirely focused on some weird little thing that eventually brings them to a bigger issue, etcetc. after so many episodes, you figure they run out of issues :P

it's a good show, don't knock it till you've watched it a couple times!
