i am sad about the war.
After the section on Blood and Oil, this business with Iran made me even sicker, and not just annoyed and embarrassed.
i am willing to use less oil, less oil.
willing to spend less money,
willing to spill less blood!
Can't the rest of America do the same? Look at me, i can be happy and healthy (and im single, too). Europe, Japan? China? Come on, guys, come on.
its not so hard. Bicyles arent so bad. Secondhands arent so bad. Why are we bullying countries with their own problems, instead of taking care of our own? The Earth does not have sufficient resources to meet our increasing standards, anyway, so imperializing is only making everyone's problems worse! We need to deal with the problem now or later (later, at the cost of more lives), so why not now?
A paradigm shift is the only answer- now, or later. Why not now?
